Kitchen lacked essential cooking items like pots and pans!!! , The bathroom noise was oddly disruptive at night!!! , Safety concerns regarding the kitchen cabinets should be addressed immediately!!!

Not exactly what I expected
The apartment had a very comfortable setup with a fantastic view of the city. Loved the jazz bar downstairs and appreciated the complimentary tickets to a show that added to the experience.
While the room was spacious, I found it wasn't impeccably clean upon arrival. The kitchen floor had a sticky residue that was unappealing after a long journey.

Had an amazing time chilling in our room with a view and enjoying the free show tickets they offered. The jazz vibes in the lobby and the relaxing garden area made for perfect downtime after exploring the city. One downside was the balcony only had one chair, which was a bit of a hassle for us, but overall it was a great stay! 🌟

Great location near Queen Victoria Market. Loved the live music vibe in the bar. Shower flooded the bathroom badly.

We had an amazing group getaway! Exploring the Flagstaff Gardens and enjoying an arts-filled night at a local festival was a blast. The jazz-themed rooms offered a comfortable stay with great views. The location is perfect for nightlife and activities with friends.
The only downside was the inconsistent service. We had an issue with our bedding arrangement not being ready on arrival, which was a bit frustrating.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. It was super comfy, although it got pretty hot and stuffy sometimes, so we had to run the AC. Overall, the vibe was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay—especially the little welcome gift they left for our mini honeymoon. The view of the park from our room was a nice touch!

The Ella Fitzgerald Queen View with Balcony offered stylish furnishings and an unbeatable view of the city. Fast, reliable wifi and well-kept facilities, including a gym and a highly recommended massage room, made the stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring, but the breakfast options were limited. While the room was clean and well-decorated, the lack of variety in dining could improve the overall experience.

Family-friendly getaway, highly recommend!
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Angeli who allowed us a late check-out to accommodate our baby’s needs. We were also impressed with the stunning views of Flagstaff Gardens from our balcony—truly picturesque!
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.
